1 gigabit internet speed test upload and download speed

Once he was finished with everything I did a speed test and I was getting over 900 mb/s. He said its still something wrong with the box on the pole (or the lines or something I don't remember) and he put in an order for service but he said that they probably wont do anything about it. He went back outside and did something and then gave us a new modem and router. He fixed the problem about the internet going out but he also noticed the speeds and said that I should be getting more. I called them and they sent someone out but the tech said everything looks good on their end and not to expect gig speeds (I didn't expect gig speeds but I expected it to be 800 mb/s at least.Ībout 6 months later my internet kept going out for like 20 mins at a time so I called and they sent out a tech who was really good.
